We first got in contact with Bergstein during our search for a more efficient and automated printing solution for our electrical component front covers production. What caught our attention was that Bergstein offered advanced single-pass printing technology that could drastically reduce our process time. We were able to go from five machines to one while still achieving a lower printing cycle time than before.

The collaboration with Bergstein has been very positive from the beginning. Together, we created a unique solution that allowed the operators’ workflow to remain essentially the same, even though we transitioned from conventional machines to a single-pass printer. Communication was clear, support was professional, and the team was flexible in addressing our project requirements.

Since the SAT, the DIGI-Compact printer has been performing well and has shown good print quality and stability in our production environment. The machine has already proven itself, and we are confident we made the right choice by selecting Bergstein as a partner.
